Made a quick stop along our Florida Adventure at the smallest post office in the United States, right in Ochopee, Florida!
Of course, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to send a postcard back home to my family. Pretty cool finding little places like this along the way. Sometimes it’s the unexpected stops that make exploring so much fun! 🌴📬🚙

Camp was finally set up for the night, but with the sun starting to set, I wasn’t quite ready to call it a day!
Pulled out the Aipas F3 Max and headed back out to explore a few more trails and catch the last bit of that Florida sunset.
I love evenings like this. No rush, no real destination, just enjoying a little more time outside before heading back to camp. 🌅🚲

One thing I wanted to do differently on this Florida Adventure was have another way to get out and explore once I got camp set up.
So I brought along the Aipas F3 Max folding e-bike! 🚲
It fits right in the back of the Jeep, and within a couple of minutes, I’m out exploring places I probably wouldn’t have otherwise.
I’ve been putting this thing to the test, and tonight I’m dropping a full video on the Road Rash Off Road YouTube channel!

Space in the Jeep is ALWAYS a challenge when packing for a big adventure! 😂
But somehow I managed to squeeze an entire e-bike in there with all my camping gear!
The Aipas F3 Max folds up, fits in the back, and gives me another way to explore once I reach camp.
Pretty cool little addition to the adventure!
